The teen, Anthony, was reportedly accidentally shot by his father,
Gregory Zecca, the son of Dog the Bounty Hunter’s wife, Francie
. The accident took place at Zecca’s home in Naples,
Florida, on Saturday, July 19.
Law enforcement officials told TMZ that they
responded to a call at the address but made no arrests,
declaring the shooting an “isolated incident
.”Dog and Francie released a brief statement asking for prayers.
“We are grieving as a family over this incomprehensible,
tragic accident and would ask for continued
prayers as we grieve the loss of our beloved grandson
, Anthony,” the couple said in a statement given to TMZ.
Greg Zecca is a member of Dog’s bounty hunting team and,
with Anthony, was often photographed alongside Dog.
