A passenger was obstructing the aisle with her smelly foot, but I was able to teach her a lesson, and the entire plane praised me for my success.

When I boarded the plane, I knew that it would be a quiet flight. At the first, everything seemed to be going well, but then I became aware of a young lady seated just in front of me.

Her attire was ostentatious, and it was obvious that she believed the world should revolve around her presence.

Immediately following the takeoff, she removed her shoes, positioned one foot on the vacant seat next to her, and stretched the other foot straight into the aisle.

Anyone who wanted to go to the bathroom or even extend their legs was unable to do so since her foot caused a blockage.

In the beginning, people requested her to move it in a nice manner, but all they received in response was a hostile glance and a hissing sound of irritation.

Within a short period of time, she started refusing to comply with the requests. The following response was given to a man who was attempting to pass:

How come you are unable to move around?!

Nevertheless, it was impossible to move around since she had spread herself out as if she were the sole owner of the entire row.

The odour that emanated from her foot was the most offensive aspect of the situation.

Because it was so powerful, a woman sitting across the aisle hid behind her scarf, and a toddler who was seated behind me asked his mother, “What is it?”

— Mom, I don’t understand why it smells like someone hasn’t changed their socks in hours. …

I proceeded to click the button that would call the flight attendant.

I spoke out, “Excuse me,” and then proceeded to explain that this person was blocking the aisle and would not move her foot. Since she is the one who is using this seat, perhaps she ought to pay for it.

A scolding that was both polite and forceful was delivered to her by the flight attendant. She grumbled something and rolled her eyes as she said:

— However, I am not currently seated here. I am not going to have the payment made. There are certain privileges that are mine to enjoy.

Following her hearing this, the tourist who was sitting next to her raised their voice:

It is not possible to simply take the seat of another person in such a manner. It is possible for us to make a formal announcement regarding the payment. If she does not wish to record it, I am able to do so.

The woman’s face became a cold color. Taking advantage of the situation, the flight attendant proceeded to summon the purser.

At the end of the day, she was compelled to pay the current rate for the additional seat, which was almost identical to the price of her standard ticket. Following that, she sat down for the very first time in an appropriate manner.

Following the departure of the flight attendant, the back of the plane erupted in a respectful round of applause. During the time that everyone were smiling at one another, the woman who was sitting across from me leaned in and whispered:

— Many thanks to you. My own impatience was building as well.
