A Shower Surprise with a Valuable Lesson

A woman had just stepped out of the shower when the doorbell rang.

Her husband was about to shower, so she quickly wrapped herself in a towel and went to answer the door.

It was Bob, their neighbor.

Without any hesitation,

Bob made an unexpected offer:

“I’ll give you $800 to drop the towel.”

The woman thought about it for a moment.

$800 seemed like a good deal, so she agreed.

She dropped the towel, took the cash, and closed the door.

When she returned upstairs, her husband asked,

“Who was at the door?”

“It was Bob,” she replied.

“Great! Did he mention the $800 he owes me?”

The woman was shocked. She had just accepted the money,

not realizing it was meant for her husband.
