Democrats’ Disjointed Response to Trump Under Fire: Schiff Demands Bold, Unified Action

Democrats’ Disjointed Response to Trump Under Fire:

Schiff Demands Bold, Unified Action

In an impassioned interview with ABC’s

Jonathan Karl on Sunday,

Senator Adam Schiff (D–Calif.)

expressed deep frustration over what he perceives as the Democratic Party’s

failure to present a unified, coordinated response to President Donald Trump.

Schiff’s critique centered on the party’s inability to focus on the core issues affecting

American families—most notably,

the soaring cost of living.

As he pointed out, during the State of the Union address,

President Trump spent nearly two hours on stage

without offering any concrete proposals to

alleviate the financial burdens faced by everyday Americans.
