Donald Trump Pardons ‘Chrisley Knows Best’ Stars Todd And Julie Chrisley, Sparking Public Outcry

Savannah Chrisley spoke out shortly after President Donald Trump granted a full presidential pardon to her parents,

Todd and Julie Chrisley, stars of the reality show Chrisley Knows Best.

The couple had been convicted of tax evasion, bank fraud, and other financial crimes, receiving harsh sentences.

Trump defended his decision, calling their punishment “pretty harsh,” and personally informed their children of the pardon.

Savannah shared an emotional video explaining how the president called her to break the news and expressed deep gratitude to Trump,

his administration, their legal team, and supporters.

The family is preparing for Todd and Julie’s return home.

The Chrisleys’ legal battle began with federal convictions in 2022 for conspiracy to defraud banks of nearly $30 million through fraudulent loans and tax evasion.

Julie was also convicted of obstruction of justice and wire fraud.

They previously settled state tax charges but maintained their innocence throughout the federal trial.

The pardon sparked mixed public reactions, with some praising the decision as just, and others criticizing it as interference in the justice system.

Todd and Julie’s lawyers argued they were unfairly targeted and procedural errors affected their case.

President Trump’s pardon fully restores their freedom and clears their sentences, allowing them to restart their lives.
