People often argue about whether it’s okay to fully recline your airplane seat,

should your comfort make someone else uncomfortable?

Jake faced this dilemma when his choice to recline upset the pregnant woman sitting behind him.

Here’s what happened. On a nine-hour flight, Jake leaned his seat all the way back.

Soon after, the pregnant woman behind him started pushing his seat and complaining that she didn’t have enough space. Frustrated, he told her,

Even after this unexpected

twist, I don’t regret what I did.

I paid for my seat,

and if reclining wasn’t allowed,
