The White House has released the results of President Donald Trump’s

latest medical exam, declaring that he “remains in excellent health.”

At 78, Trump is now the oldest person ever sworn in as president.

The physical was conducted at

Walter Reed Hospital as a follow-up to his 2023 checkup.

White House physician Capt. Sean Barbabella reported that Trump has lost weight, now weighing 224 pounds,

down from 244 in 2020. His blood pressure measured at a healthy 128/74,

and he passed a comprehensive neurological exam with no signs of cognitive issues.

The report credited his active lifestyle—including frequent public appearances,

meetings, and golf games—for his well-being.

The medical summary also mentioned a scar from a gunshot wound sustained during the

July 2024 assassination attempt, but noted no other significant abnormalities

. A recent colonoscopy found diverticulosis and a benign polyp.

Trump stated,

he “never felt better” and continues to maintain his fitness,

despite long-standing public scrutiny of his diet.
