Brooke Hogan found some comfort in a final phone call with her estranged father, WWE

legend Hulk Hogan, before his death from cardiac arrest on July 24, 2025. Despite years of conflict,

Brooke cherished their last conversation in early September 2023, when she urged him to slow down and care for his health.

Hulk offered a vague apology during the call but didn’t follow her advice. Brooke’s husband, Steven Oleksy,

had tried to help mend their relationship, though Brooke didn’t attend Hulk’s wedding to Sky Daily.

Hulk never met his grandchildren and reportedly sought a relationship on his own terms.

Brooke expressed gratitude for being able to say “I love you”

before his passing and said she feels peace knowing she did all she could to support him. She also blamed both her parents for the difficulties in her upbringing, despite her mother Linda Hogan placing more blame on Hulk.

Linda recently broke down in a tearful Instagram video, discussing her loneliness and fractured family relationships.

She revealed she hasn’t spoken to Brooke in nearly eight years but remains close to Hulk’s son, Nick.

Linda accused Hulk of being a “complete liar” and “sex addict,” criticizing how he moved on publicly.

Brooke responded on Instagram, saying her mother’s video only scratched the surface of their family struggles.

She accused both parents of causing pain and shared that she endured years of verbal,

mental, and sometimes physical abuse. Brooke vowed to “break the chain” and create a healthier future.

After cutting ties with her parents, Brooke focused on healing and her own family, welcoming twins Oliver and Molly in January 2025.

Though she still longs for her parents, their behavior caused more pain than their absence.

Linda, meanwhile, has embraced activism and women’s empowerment, encouraging others to rebuild after hardship. Both women continue to navigate the complex legacy of their family.
