Officer Bailey Martin, a dedicated young police officer from Odessa, Texas,

tragically lost his life when floodwaters swept away the RV he was traveling in during a family vacation in Kerr County.

His body was later found miles away in Travis County,

with his Bible—marked with his name—discovered nearby.
