Immune Boosters Juice With Beetroot & Ginger

This ruby-red juice looks sweet and innocent, until the ginger hits.

Behind its brilliant color are six everyday ingredients that turn a simple kitchen routine into something bold, earthy, and unexpectedly fiery.

But before you toss everything into the juicer, there’s one optional addition that could change your first sip from a sharp wake-up call into a sweeter surp…

For this vibrant blend, gather 3 medium beetroots (400 g), 3 medium carrots (400 g), 3 oranges, 175 g celery, 75 g ginger, and 1–2 limes or half a lemon.

Scrub the vegetables and ginger thoroughly, peel the citrus, and cut everything to fit your juicer. Juice the oranges and limes first, followed by celery, ginger, beets, and carrots. Stir well before serving. For a gentler introduction to its earthy flavor and substantial ginger kick, add 2 chopped apples.

The batch yields approximately 1 liter, enough for 4–8 servings.
Refrigerate leftovers promptly in a sealed container and use within three days.
Handle beetroot carefully: its vivid pigment can stain hands, clothing, and chopping boards. It may also temporarily tint urine or stools red.
Enjoy this juice as a flavorful source of nutrients, not a proven immune booster or cold treatment; whole fruits and vegetables offer more fiber.
