She and Matt had been married since 2001. In announcing her passing, the official Maine Cabin Masters Instagram account described her as a cherished member of the show’s extended family.

Fellow cast member Ryan Eldridge offered a deeply personal remembrance: their parents were best friends, they shared a birthday two years apart, and Ginna married his best friend.

Her life also reflected a lasting commitment to caring for others.

After earning her nursing degree in 2000, Ginna completed a master’s in nursing at Purdue University in 2018.

She worked as a nurse practitioner at the Harold Alfond Center and MaineHealth Franklin Memorial Hospital.

Away from work, she loved the beach, her dogs, and time with loved ones. Her family has requested privacy as they grieve and remember a life deeply cherished.
